Sinclair Family Homes is a family
owned and operated Construction 
Company building single-family residences. We are currently located in Central Oklahoma. We began our company building homes in Lancaster CA, primarily in prestigious Antelope Acres, 60 miles North of Los Angeles. At the end of 2006 we relocated to Crescent OK and started building in beautiful Piedmont OK, just outside of Oklahoma City.
Greg Sinclair, our President and Contractor, has been in the construction business since 1979 when he began his career sweeping up job sites and learning to hammer a nail. He quickly advanced within Lane Framing of Buena Park CA from Framer to Field Operations Manager. By the time he retired in 2004, he was the Senior Field Operations Manager framing type 5, 4 story condominium projects in Playa Vista CA.
Mariah Sinclair, our CFO and Office Manager, holds a Bachelors of Science from New Mexico State University. She is currently on hiatus from teaching science in order to help Greg run Sinclair Family Homes along with raise their 2 children. While Greg is in charge of the construction of the homes, Mariah oversees the business finances and the final appearance of the homes. She chooses fixtures, finishes, appliances and other aesthetic details working with the buyer, when possible, to personalize the home. She thoroughly enjoys the artistic aspect of building custom homes.
Both Greg and Mariah are committed to building homes they are proud to have their name associated with. Greg’s goal is to insure success with Sinclair Family Homes in order to provide his children a reputable company for their futures. The mission of Sinclair Family Homes is to build quality homes without charging high-end prices while still providing the additional amenities desired by the homeowners that purchase our homes. We build all our homes with the energy efficiency and safety features that are in our own home. We do not build a basic house and charge the buyer for extras; our homes include all extras at the basic price. We build our homes as if we were moving into it ourselves and include every amenity we want our own home to have.
We recently created Country Mile Development and are proud to begin building much needed apartments in rural communities. Our goal is to provide homes built with Greg's integrity for those that may not desire a custom home. Greg is proud to be recognized for the quality of homes he is providing his community.
